Shipping

We ship all orders through USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once your order has been placed, packages will be shipped within 1 business day and tracking information will be sent to the email on file. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee.

When placing your order please ensure your shipping and billing info is entered correctly. We are not responsible mistakes and missed deliveries due to incorrect information. 

For international orders we offer shipping worldwide via UPS International Express, FedEx, or DHL. Please Note: International orders for partial rolls may be cancelled due to high shipping costs. Due to size and weight, some shipping costs may be upwards of $100-170. If you would like to proceed with the order, please contact us via email and we will help you process the order. 

Please contact us for a quote to ship to your country. You may be required to pay an extra import or duty when you pick up the item or when it is delivered to you. Please check with your local laws and regulations to determine the amount of taxes or duties if applicable.

For international buyers, we ship on the next 1-2 business days via DHL/FedEx/UPS when. If the color is not in stock, we will inform you by email or by text message and place a hold on the order. If you want to cancel the order, please reply and contact us as fast as you can before we ship the item.

Returns

All sales on partial roll sizes are final.

ESSMO will only accept a return on full roll orders.

In certain cases, we may waive the restocking fee for returns. Despite this, any damage due to improper repackaging may be subject to the full restocking fee or partial deduction depending on amount of material damaged. 

To start a claim, email us via our contact page with your order number. Return claims must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. All full roll returns are processed with a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs are nonrefundable (even with free shipping). If the return request is accepted the buyer is responsible for returning the item safely packaged in it's original condition, or the item may be subject to a non refund.

For special order roll purchases there is a nonrefundable $250 fee. This fee will be withheld in addition to the 25% restocking fee for any special order returns.

Please note that products that aren't ordered together may have different lot/batch numbers, therefore we cannot guarantee a color or pattern to match a previous order. ESSMO is always making changes and improvements to provide you with the highest quality products but ESSMO does not guarantee any application for our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation, however, we cannot be held responsible for installation failure.

Special Orders

Are we out of stock of the color you wanted? No problem, you can place a full roll special order for any color in our swatch books or online website. Please note that due to manufacturing times, special orders can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Due to shipping and operational costs, please note there is a nonrefundable $250 fee for all special orders. Any return request for a full roll special order will have this $250 fee withheld in addition to a 25% restocking fee.
